How do I order at MoreXmasOnMain.com?:

When you see an item you would like to purchase, click on "Add to Cart". When
you are ready you may proceed to checkout by clicking "Proceed to Checkout" or
clicking the "Shopping Cart" button. To return to the last page you visited
click "Continue Shopping" and continue shopping for more items. Once you are
ready to checkout you can click the checkout icon located on the top navigation
bar.

On the checkout page you will be able to change the quantity you would like to
order of your item(s) or to remove the item(s) from your cart. You will also
choose your prefered shipping method and be able to enter any coupons you might
have at this point.

Next you will proceed to a page where you will enter your billing/shipping
information and leave any information you would like in our comments section.
Once you have entered this information you will be taken to a secure order form
where you will enter your CC information. Click on the authorize payment button
and your order is placed. You will then be taken to a page with your receipt
and order number (a receipt is also e-mailed to you at the e-mail address you
provided at checkout).

What is your return policy?:
At More Than Christmas On Main, you may return any item in its original
condition for any reason - at any time.
We'll be happy to issue a full refund, replace the item, or issue
a credit toward other items we carry.
In the event we make an error, we'll gladly refund the shipping charges.

I received the wrong merchandise?:

10 days of your purchase and we will send you out the correct merchandise. We
will pay the shipping charges for you to send back the wrong order. In rare
cases, we'll issue a refund on your credit card if the item is no longer
available.
